Akwensioge Minette Dione serves as the Sales Development and Management Lead at WIHD, where she plays a pivotal role in representing the organization in the local market space within the community and at the country level. With a dynamic and self-starting approach, Minette is a highly respected professional with a keen focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Bringing a wealth of experience in building relationships and expanding businesses, Minette boasts a top 10% sales performance within the team. Her strong academic background in economics, coupled with a postgraduate diploma in management and accounting, underpins her strategic approach to sales development and management.

Prior to joining WIHD, Minette held esteemed positions as the Head of the Teaching Department at the Emmaus Bilingual Academy Complex in Yaoundé (COSBY) and as the Head of Department for Social Sciences at the YWCA Secondary and High School in Yaoundé, where she rapidly ascended through the ranks in just two years.
