In her capacity as advocacy manager, Nkongho plays a pivotal role in formulating advocacy plans, recruiting advocacy officers, and supervising their work. She is responsible for implementing organizational principles, preparing and marketing fundraising proposals, and overseeing the fulfillment of donor-funded advocacy projects. Nkongho's sharp mind and dedication ensure that project tasks are executed with the utmost responsibility and effectiveness.
With a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Buea, Nkongho is enthusiastic about leveraging her legal skills to contribute to meaningful causes. In addition to her work at WIHD, she runs a private business in Limbe and dedicates her Saturdays to assisting women with legal complaint procedures, demonstrating her commitment to serving her community.
